In addition, hosts Acacio and Orietta are experienced pilgrims and hospitaleros. The albergue is open from 1 April to 31 October.

Conveniently located in the birthplace of Santo Domingo de la Calzada, the albergue sits just steps from the village church and its historic baptismal font. Furthermore, Belorado is only 6 km ahead on the Camino de Santiago.
