Pilgrim Insight
Albergue Santiago Apóstol is a good option for Camino de Santiago pilgrims seeking space, a pool, and a traditional meal especially after the Alto del Perdón. The outdoor pool is a rare bonus in the summer heat, and its large capacity helps ensure availability in peak season.
Note: it’s 400 metres uphill from the bridge. Open from Easter to 30 September, with no reservations—first come, first served.
