Overview
Albergue de Peregrinos de Redecilla del Camino is the municipal albergue offering accommodation exclusively for pilgrims with a credential on the Camino Francés. Known as Albergue San Lázaro, it is located on the site of a former medieval pilgrim hospital. The albergue offers 50 beds, a fully equipped kitchen, hot showers, washing facilities, wifi, and a bar next door. It is open from 1 March to 15 November.
Conveniently located in Redecilla del Camino, the albergue sits opposite one of the most notable Romanesque baptismal fonts in Castilla y León. In addition, Castildelgado, Viloria de Rioja, and Belorado are all within easy reach on the next stretch of the Camino Francés.

Albergue San Lázaro is one of the most affordable stops on the Camino Francés. In addition, the simple kitchen, central location, and traditional village atmosphere make it a practical stop.
Note: beds are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, hospitalera Carmen manages the albergue, and enquiries can be made at the nearby bar.
