Overview
Albergue Bideluze in Castildelgado is a private albergue offering dormitory accommodation for pilgrims on the Camino Francés. Located on Calle Mayor, directly on the Camino route in the quiet village of Castildelgado, this small 16-bed albergue is set inside a restored traditional Castilian house. It offers a communal pilgrim dinner, breakfast, laundry facilities, a garden, bike storage, and free Wi-Fi. Albergue Bideluze is run by Isabel and Andrés, both experienced pilgrims, and is open from 15 March to 20 October.
Castildelgado offers a peaceful stop on the Camino de Santiago between Santo Domingo de la Calzada and Belorado. Furthermore, the Gothic church of San Pedro and the remains of the Palacio de los Condes de Berberana are both within walking distance.

Albergue Bideluze is one of the most highly rated stops on Stage 10 of the Camino Francés. A warm and personal atmosphere is created by the hosts, who treat the albergue as a home as much as a hostel. In addition, pilgrims regularly praise the four-course dinners, comfortable beds, and spotless interiors. Vegan and special dietary meals are also prepared with advance notice, which is rare on this section of the route.
