Albergue de Peregrinos Sebrayo is a municipal albergue offering dormitory accommodation exclusively for pilgrims on the Camino del Norte. Originally housed in the old village schoolhouse, this simple and characterful albergue sits directly on the Camino route in the tiny hamlet of Sebrayo — a village of fewer than 40 inhabitants, deep in the Asturian hills.

Conveniently located at the end of one of the most demanding stages on the Norte — the long climb from Colunga through Pernús — it offers a much-needed place to rest before the stage continues to Villaviciosa the following morning.

Sebrayo is a genuinely remote stop on the Way of St. James. The albergue is basic but clean, with a kitchen, vending machines for cold and hot drinks, and a simple, communal atmosphere that suits the rugged character of this stretch of the Camino del Norte.

Furthermore, the village sits just 4.8 km from La Trocha and around 6 km from Villaviciosa — making it an ideal point to break a tough stage. Note: Sebrayo has virtually no services — buy food in Colunga before the climb, as there are no shops or bars in the village itself.
